Commercial Shelving Innovations ships Australia-wide, supplying high-quality Mantova shelving, Real Tuff shelves, and commercial storage solutions to businesses and households across the country.
This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery methods, timeframes, costs, handling processes, and important customer responsibilities.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all major cities, regional areas, and remote locations within Australia, including:

  • Queensland
  • New South Wales
  • Victoria
  • South Australia
  • Western Australia
  • Tasmania
  • Australian Capital Territory
  • Northern Territory

If you are unsure whether your location is serviceable, please contact us prior to ordering.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 5–10 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time; we will advise you before finalising your order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods

Due to the nature of our products, shipping methods vary depending on size and weight:

3.1 Standard Parcels

Smaller items are shipped using reputable courier services such as:

  • Australia Post
  • Aramex
  • Toll
  • TNT / FedEx

3.2 Bulky or Palletised Freight

Larger shelving units, coolroom shelving, and commercial products may be delivered via:

  • Road freight carriers
  • Pallet freight
  • Tail-lift delivery where required

If pallet or forklift access is required, we may contact you to confirm site suitability before dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight and dimensions of the order
  • Freight method required

Large or complex orders may require a manual freight quote.
If this applies, we will contact you before processing payment.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • QLD Metro: 3-5 business days
  • NSW / VIC Metro: 3–5 business days
  • SA / TAS / WA Metro: 7–14 business days
  • Regional & Remote Locations: 7–14+ business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Peak periods
  • Courier backlogs
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote area logistics

Commercial Shelving Innovations is not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Delivery Requirements and Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours.
For bulky or palletised goods:

  • Driveway or hard-stand access must be available.
  • Tail-lift or hand-unload delivery may be required depending on the order.
  • Additional charges may apply if the freight carrier needs to redeliver.
  • If goods cannot be delivered due to access issues, the return freight and redelivery fees will be charged to the customer.

7. Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select or request Authority to Leave, you accept full responsibility for the order once it is delivered to the nominated address.
Commercial Shelving Innovations will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage, packaging, and freight labels.

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number (where available)

Some palletised freight may have limited or manual tracking updates.

10. Click & Collect / Local Pickup

If available, customers may collect orders from our Brisbane warehouse or supplier partner locations.
Pickup locations, opening hours, and requirements will be provided after the order is confirmed.

11. International Shipping

At this time, Commercial Shelving Innovations ships within Australia only.
